Nature is not stupid

"Nature is not stupid" is the slogan of many alternative health practises. Hinting that you should leave healing to natural processes.
I studied biological sciences and beg to differ. Nature is full of crap. Toxic substances, silly and cruel behaviours, stupid "designs", to list but a few. What was mother nature smoking when devising human childbirth? Large head, small hips, surely she could have come up with a better way.
The thing on the bottom right is a (badly drawn) dog running after its own tail. Because animals are indeed proper geniuses.
